I’m Dave.
I’m not a pastor or minister. I haven’t spent years studying the bible. I don’t know why God chose to heal me, to make me walk again after fourteen years. I don’t know why God shows me things in visions or speaks to me in dreams, but he does. I didn’t ask for it, I don’t deserve it, and most of the time I don’t even know what to do with it. Now you can call it a miracle, but God didn’t heal me to make me special. But, if you need a miracle, well okay. God making me walk isn’t a miracle. The miracle is God’s love, His mercy, and grace, and God wants to give it to all of us. So if me walking again is what you need, to know that God is, to accept Jesus as your Lord and Savior, fine. Call it whatever you want. As long as it brings you to God, and we give God the glory.
I tell the truth. Not my truth, God’s truth. Found in his word, the bible. People may not want to hear it. But at the end of the day, there’s only one truth, God’s. Today, I’m going to talk about the storm that’s coming. But know this. None of us, not one of us has the right to judge others. No one has the right to attack or harass others, not even in the name of Jesus Christ. Jesus told us to love our enemies, not attack them. So to sit in judgment of others is to play God. And that means you’re part of the storm that’s coming.
People need to have hope, to hold on to it, and their faith in God. When you’re lost at sea, and you’re just trying to keep your head above water. Jesus is your life preserver, and God’s the ship. There’s a great and terrible storm brewing on the horizon. A storm like none of us has ever seen. Now, I can tell you all about what God has shown me in visions. The death and destruction, cities burning, bodies laying in the streets. But would it matter? Would any of it change the way you think or live your life? Some people might get scared. They might change a few things. Maybe even come to Christ.
So, I have to ask. What are you waiting for? If you know that a tornado is going to drop out of the clouds, right on top of your house, are you going to wait until the roof is torn off before you seek shelter? If you wait until satan is kicking your front door down before you come to Christ, are you truly sorry for the way you’ve lived, or is it just getting hot? The time to prepare for the storm is before it destroys your house. The time to prepare for Christ is before satan’s influence destroys your life. Your soul.
The world isn’t gonna end tomorrow. But what the world is, is gonna end. The evil, the anger, and the hate. The lies and deceit, chaos and confusion, death and destruction, all of it, it’s all gonna end. And that is the great and terrible storm brewing on the horizon. The world isn’t going to go quietly, peacefully. Satan and his influence are going to go kicking and screaming all the way. Now, you can stand around watching and waiting as the storm clouds grow bigger and stronger. You can cross your fingers and hope the storm will pass you by. But I’m here to tell you, none of us are gonna outrun this storm, or hide from it in some storm shelter. So are you watching, preparing or are you prepared?
If you’ve accepted Christ as your Lord and Savior, I mean truly accepted him. And are working to live your life more Christ-like, by that I mean living your life according to the teachings and examples of Jesus Christ then you are truly prepared. Even if you die, Paul said that those who are asleep in Christ shall be raised up first. So what’s the problem?
We hear people running around confused, shouting, fearing the world, fearing the government, fearing the man. But I say, fear God because he created all those things. And that’s where the confusion lies. See, people have the tendency to worship what is created, rather than the one who created it. Romans 1: 25-27 says.”Because they exchanged the truth about God for a lie and worshiped and served the creature rather than the creator, who is blessed forever! Amen. For this reason, God gave them up to dishonorable passions. For their women exchanged natural relations for those that are contrary to nature. And the men likewise gave up natural relations with women and were consumed with passion for one another, men committing shameless acts with men and receiving in themselves the due penalty for the error.”
Look, I don’t care if you’re democrat or republican, liberal or conservative. Because everybody has trouble with the truth. Our Government, this administration, and this current democratic party have become so evil, and so anti-God that they’re more of a mouthpiece for satan than a voice for the people. The lies and deceit we’re seeing from this “woke ” radical democratic socialist party is the leading edge of satan’s storm. And it has only fueled the anger and hatred, the death and destruction amongst the people. Jesus said that evil would grow and cover the world. That there would be chaos and confusion, wars and rumors of wars. That there’d be false prophets and false Christ. Jesus guaranteed all this and much more. So, why are we ignoring Jesus?
Because the world says trust us! But the world’s under the influence of Satan. So who are you really putting your trust in? I don’t put my trust in mankind, governments, or political parties. I put all my trust in the Lord, and it’s by my faith that I am saved, not my works. It’s my faith that allows me to walk in God’s light. Sure I stumble. But I know that God’s right there beside me to pick me up. He walks with me every step of the way. And when I get tired and can’t take another step. He picks me up and carries me.
I’m not denouncing the government or trying to cause harm to it or anyone. I’m just telling the truth. Michael the archangel didn’t argue with satan over the body of Moses, he rebuked him. I don’t argue with people about what’s true. I rebuke the lie, not the person, the lie. We’re all responsible for what we think, say, and do. And when we stand before God on judgment day. If Jesus isn’t standing up there with us, speaking on our behalf. We don’t stand a snowball’s chance of making it into heaven.
Yeah, there’s a terrible storm coming. But, when Jesus is your life preserver, your head will always be above water.
